How Does the Superhero Take Flight Program Work?
Additional Information:
- You must be a full-time employee
- Full-time employee is defined as an employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week
- You must have 12 months of service with the company
- You will need to maintain a minimum of a 2.0 GPA/C grade
- GPA documentation will be required to enroll in additional courses once you have started your program
How Does the Superhero Take Flight Program Work?
- You are eligible for up to $4,000 per year for tuition expenses (does not include books, fees, equipment, etc.)
- Maximum amount an employee will be eligible for over a 4-year period is $16,000
- We will pay the tuition invoice within 14 days after the People Team has received the following required documentation:
- Completed Superhero Take Flight Program Form
- Copy of your enrollment information and grades from the school you are attending
- You will receive a confirmation email from the People Team when we receive your request.
Additional Information:
- You will not be required to pay back the tuition amount if you leave the company; however, we sincerely hope that you will stay and share your learnings with other employees and apply it to our business.
- Enrollment and registration fees for Professional Development courses (i.e., Project Management certifications, Leadership certifications, Excel courses, etc.) are not eligible for this program as the program is designed to be used for tuition reimbursement in a post high school learning program.
